How Our Tour Packages Work
Each itinerary below is a route we run regularly, with realistic drive times and a sensible order of cities. What we quote is the transport side: an air-conditioned vehicle with a professional driver for the whole trip, fuel, tolls, permits, parking and the driver allowance, all set out line by line. Hotels, monument tickets and guides are yours to arrange, or ours to arrange for you — either way they are quoted separately so you can see what you are paying for.
The itinerary is a starting point
Very few guests travel exactly the itinerary as written, and that is fine. Add Jaisalmer, drop Bikaner, spend two nights in Udaipur instead of one, start from Delhi rather than Jaipur — tell us and we will rework the drive times and send a revised plan.
What we will tell you honestly
If you want eight cities in six days, we will say it does not work and explain why. Rajasthan's distances are long, and the difference between a good trip and an exhausting one is usually one city too many.
No online payments, no instant booking
We do not process payments on this website and we do not issue instant confirmations. A person checks vehicle availability for your dates, sends a written quotation, and confirms only when you are happy with it.
Tour Package FAQs
Are these packages fixed, or can they be changed?
They are starting points. Every itinerary here can be reshaped — add a city, drop a day, change the order, travel at a slower pace. Most of our guests end up with something adjusted rather than exactly as listed.
Do the packages include hotels?
Not by default. We are primarily a transport and itinerary company, so our quotes cover the vehicle, driver, fuel and running costs. We can suggest and arrange hotels across all price levels if you want us to.
Is there online booking or payment?
No. We do not take payments on this website. Every booking is confirmed by a person after we have checked vehicle availability for your dates, and a small advance confirms it.
How many kilometres a day is comfortable?
250 to 300 km is a relaxed day with stops. Beyond 400 km the day becomes mostly driving. We will tell you honestly when an itinerary is too ambitious for the days available.
What is the best time of year for a Rajasthan tour?
October to March for almost the whole state. July to September suits Udaipur and Mount Abu, when the hills are green. April to June is very hot and we generally advise against it for sightseeing.
