1. About these terms

These terms govern the transport and tour services provided by Rajasthan Royal Cab Travels ("we", "us"). By confirming a booking with us, you accept them. Where a written quotation says something different, the quotation prevails.

2. Bookings and confirmation

• Enquiries submitted through this website are requests, not confirmed bookings.
• A booking is confirmed only when we have issued a written confirmation and received any advance stated in the quotation.
• We do not process payments on this website and do not issue automated instant confirmations.

3. Quotations and charges

• Quotations set out the vehicle, the kilometre or hourly package, the driver allowance and any tolls, state permits and parking.
• Local packages are billed on hours and kilometres from and back to the pickup point. Usage beyond the package is charged at the rates stated in the quotation.
• Outstation trips are billed on distance, with a daily minimum on round trips and a return allowance on one-way drops.
• A night charge may apply where driving continues past 10pm.
• Quotations are valid for the period stated on them and are subject to vehicle availability at the time of confirmation.

4. What is not included

Unless expressly stated in your quotation, our charges do not include hotel accommodation, meals, monument or park entry fees, camera charges, guide fees, safari permits, boat rides, camel or jeep rides, or any personal expenses.

5. Vehicles and drivers

• All vehicles are provided with a driver. We do not offer self-drive rental.
• We reserve the right to substitute a vehicle of equivalent or higher category where necessary, and will tell you if we do.
• Drivers work within the duty and rest hours required by law. Please plan long days with that in mind.
• Smoking and consumption of alcohol in the vehicle are not permitted. You are responsible for any damage or excessive soiling caused by your party.
• The number of passengers must not exceed the vehicle's registered seating capacity.

6. Cancellations and changes

• Cancellations made well in advance are usually accepted without charge.
• Late cancellations, no-shows and cancellations during peak periods may attract a charge, as stated in your quotation.
• Itinerary changes during a trip are accommodated where practical and may affect the final charges.

7. Delays and matters outside our control

We are not liable for delays or disruption caused by traffic, road works, weather, strikes, political disturbance, vehicle breakdown, official closures or any other event outside our reasonable control. Where a vehicle becomes unusable, we will arrange a replacement as quickly as circumstances allow.

8. Flight information

Any flight route, airport, duration or distance information on this website is static editorial content provided for general planning only. We are not a flight booking agent, we are not connected to any airline reservation system, and we do not display live schedules, seat availability or fares. We do not issue air tickets. Always confirm flight details directly with the airline.

9. Liability

Our liability is limited to the value of the services booked with us. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, for loss of personal belongings left in a vehicle, or for services provided by third parties such as hotels, guides, safari operators or airlines.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Jaipur, Rajasthan have exclusive jurisdiction.
