Our server also records the page you enquired from, your IP address and browser user-agent, which help us identify spam submissions.

- To prepare and send you a quotation and to answer your enquiry.
- To arrange and operate any booking you confirm.
- To keep records required for accounting and tax purposes.
- To detect and prevent abuse of the enquiry form.
3. How long we keep it
Enquiries are retained for as long as needed to respond to them and to meet our legal and accounting obligations, and are deleted after that.
4. Who we share it with
We share only what is necessary to deliver your booking — for example, giving your name and pickup details to the assigned driver. We do not sell your data, and we do not share it with advertisers.
5. Cookies and analytics
This website uses a PHP session cookie, which is required for the enquiry form's security check and expires when you close your browser. If the site owner later adds analytics or advertising tools, this section should be updated to name them and explain their cookies.
6. Security
Enquiry submissions are protected by a cross-site request forgery token and a spam trap, and are stored on our hosting provider's servers. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information.
7. Your choices
You can ask us to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you by emailing info@example.com. We will respond within a reasonable period.
