The Golden Triangle is the standard introduction to north India, and doing it by road rather than train gives you the two stops that make it interesting — Fatehpur Sikri between Agra and Jaipur, and the Chand Baori stepwell at Abhaneri. Five days is the right length; four feels rushed.

Arrive Delhi
Airport pickup and hotel check-in. Half-day sightseeing if your arrival allows — India Gate, Qutub Minar or Humayun's Tomb.

Delhi to Agra
A 230 km drive on the Yamuna Expressway. Afternoon at Agra Fort and the Mehtab Bagh viewpoint at sunset.

Taj Mahal, then on to Jaipur
Sunrise at the Taj, then the drive to Jaipur with stops at Fatehpur Sikri and Abhaneri. Arrive Jaipur by evening.

Jaipur sightseeing
Amber Fort, Jal Mahal, City Palace, Jantar Mantar, Hawa Mahal and the bazaars.

Free morning, then a drop at Jaipur airport or station — or the drive back to Delhi if your flight is from there.

This itinerary is normally run with a Sedan, Innova or Tempo Traveller with driver. The same vehicle and driver stay with you for the whole trip, so your luggage never moves between cars and the day plan can flex as you go. If your group size or luggage suggests a different vehicle, we will say so when we quote.

Is the Taj Mahal closed on any day?
Yes — it is closed to tourists on Fridays. We build the itinerary around that.
Can the tour end in Delhi instead of Jaipur?
Yes. We can return you to Delhi on day five; it adds about five hours of driving, so an early start helps.
Can Ranthambore be added?
Yes, adding two nights at Ranthambore between Jaipur and the return makes it a seven-day trip with tiger safaris included.
